Longmont Water Heaters CRM (the "App")

This agreement is between Longmont Water Heaters ("we", "us") and any person who uses the App. By connecting or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is a private customer relationship management system operated by Longmont Water Heaters. It connects to QuickBooks Online to sync customer, invoice and payment information. We grant authorized employees and contractors of Longmont Water Heaters a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App only for our internal business operations.
You may use the App only if we have given you an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or share access to the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose or outside the scope of your work for Longmont Water Heaters.
Connecting the App to QuickBooks Online authorizes the App to read and write the QuickBooks data needed to sync records. An authorized administrator can disconnect the App at any time from within the App or from the QuickBooks Online Apps settings. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longmont Water Heaters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or end your access at any time. This agreement ends automatically when your access ends.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
